I cancelled my room in time, still got charged, then got every lame excuse why they would not give back my money ,the hotel staff was rude and inconsiderate and horrible to deal with, will never ever stay with BEST or should say WORST WESTERN AGAIN!! P.S. even had a picture of my cancellation did no good you should never have to argue with hotel staff they could have comp me a room for as much as I stay at best western hotels , But they were not willing to work with me at all. to lose a customer ment nothing to this Hotel.I hope this review cost them more then my 100+ dollars they needed to keep.
