First of all my lease was up so I was paying month to month. i gave them a letter stating I was moving out. After claiming they did not receive the letter I went to see them and talked to one of the employees who filled out the paperwork stating I was moving out. She did not put the date on there and now they want two months of rent payment because i broke the lease. Again my lease was over and I was paying month to month. I never signed any other paperwork stating that my lease was carry over month to month and that I would have to pay them extra even though I was paying month to month.
