Bed doesn’t work

Never heard from anyone and finally figured it out myself. What happened to customer service? Did pandemic wipe out all of workers everywhere...incredible. US CITIZENS GET BACK TO WORK!! User's recommendation: Dont wait for craftmatic to help you out.
