Ian Wint is the dispatcher and can not be trusted. He takes loads for one rate and tells the drivers he got a load for a cheaper rate so he can pocket the extra money and short pay the drivers. He can't be trusted as he is only in this for his own benefit, he screws brokers and drivers around on loads causing problems. He will try and force dispatch you on a load and then get mad if you can't do the load. I know of 4 brokers that Genesis Logistics One has had issues with and will not use Genesis any longer because of Ian's Shady Ways, either they have had cargo damage and Ian screwed them out of money for the claim, or he has taken loads and caused the freight to be late and caused the freight brokers or shippers to lose money on the freight.
