Hello, I purchased the BCBGeneration Anorak Down Vest Jacket at Nordstrom Rack in December. It has gotten 5 rips in it since my purchase. I have simply been wearing the jacket and have not engaged in any strenuous sport or activity while in the jacket. I purchased a size Medium and it is pretty roomy on me, so I know that I have not caused the rips from being too large for the jacket. I am very disappointed in the quality of the jacket, especially since I purchased the jacket because I've heard very good things about BCBG products. One of my coworkers has generously helped me try to sew up some of the rips, but some of the rips in the seams are not fixable. I would like to know if there is any way to return the jacket or have it refunded. I am very unhappy with this product.
