I had a friend go through BB&T for small business acct but I have been with Suntrust for years and knew you were merging. We needed to find out if BB&T would be as good as Suntrust. Oh my goodness BB&T Feels horrible in every aspect. Their website is confusing and the account pages are never what they seem . Even the Reward card isnt rewards! That is false advertisement in Scandalize. We absolutely hate this company in every way. If Suntrust mergers with this company I will Move my accounts to another Bank ! I cant believe some trouble with go with such horrible company User's recommendation: Not if merge happens.
