Battery life

Morning. Order No 20-041-7*-34175 I am trying to resolve the issue with my Valk ebike battery . I only get approx 10klms out of the battery . I purchased the bike end November 2019 thro your online store. Could you please suggest a solution for me. Thank you Barbara Knijff 040818**** Perth WA
