I bought my NJOY Ace about a week ago and to start, the device was loose so my pods would not fit correctly or hit without wrapping it up. I complained to the company directly and they never sent any type of response. After about a week to a week and a half, my device will not keep a charge. I've bought many vapes, from full devices that use 18650 batteries to juul to suorin air. I've enjoyed them but found the taste was far superior with NJOY. However, with this happening so soon, I don't know if I will keep wasting money on this device. I can't believe a vape would die this quickly into use.
