The value of my loss is about $10,000 Original review posted by user May 27, 2019 I closed on a home in Cooper Farms in March of 2019. Several spec homes are being built around me. I have yet to have a rough grade or final grade let alone sod. Yet they have been able to rough and final grade the spec homes. I have reached out to the site superintendent, who keeps telling me I am on the list. Finally met with upper management last week who told me the same thing. As luck would have it I ran into the grading contractor over the weekend. I asked him where I was on the list. Shocker I am not. Yet homes that aren't under contract are, homes that closed after me are. As for my yard, they dumped rock in error on my lot and instead of picking it all up, they spread it through the yard. I have stepped on the walk way down into the 4 inch area of where there should be dirt and landed on a chunk of concrete. I broke the heel of my foot. Now in a boot for summer. They have turned what it supposed to be a happy time in my life, into frustration and regret. Don't buy from Ball Homes. Once they have your money they lie and lie.
