Bad television from day one

DI bought a new55 Vizio in April of this year and it hasnt worked right from the beginning. I also bought the extended warranty. But what good is that when I cant get help! The TV turns itself off at random and turns itself on all the time. Sometimes I have to unplug it to get it off. I keep calling the help line and keep getting the run around, and no new TV! Is this the way Vizio treats it customers? I sure hope not! User's recommendation: Don’t buy Vizio!
