I used to liked TrendNet products, until now. I've been trying to get a mesh router to configure, but it won't work unless you have the following: 1. A DHCP internet connection - don't expect this to work if you have a business connection with a static IP. 2. A smart phone instead of a laptop or a PC, since the device is too stupid to work with them. 3. Don't waste your time contacting sales - I've been in IT for 34 years and they kept telling me that i was reading the wrong screen. I just needed to hook up the router to my modem (again, i have a firewall and no DHCP). Tech support just keeps asking for your phone number, email address, and if you're connected to a modem!!!!! User's recommendation: Don't bother calling tech support.
