HOT WATER TANK WENT ON 6/13/2020 AND WE STILL DON'T HAVE IT. HOW LONG DOES A WORK ORDER NEED TO TAKE FOR APPROVAL??? COMPANY DOES NOT DO WHAT THEY ADVERTISE. User's recommendation: BAD RECOMMENDATION.
