Bad Parts/database at top shelf prices/vehicle Damaged

Sick of this place, customer service is great I usually like the employee's but the parts/database have gone way down hill. I always feel gouged and these are regular common maintenance parts not special vehicle or motorsports. An employee cost me 4k repair bill installing parts on my vehicle. I couldn't seek a claim due to the nature of the failure nor would I want too it was a mistake but with the other problems I think I'll be shopping elsewhere. omit {{Redacted}}
