BAD FURNITURE AND BOGUS WARRANTY

Wow, where do I start. I wish i had read these reviews before I stepped foot into the store. Purchased a bed just before Christmas. Case a few days before Christmas. Not a week later and the bed is on the floor. allllllll the screws that were in the bed literally tore out of the wood. I'm a college student who purchased her first bed and look what i got, A BAG OF TRASH. Filed a claim thru the warranty company, Guardian Protection, who they have you purchase this mess from, and they tell me I put my information in wrong. I was told I needed to say it was an accident. No, it was a default of your product. I was told to rewrite and resubmit. Did all that and Yes today 1/19/2021 got a phone call denying the claim again. Was told this time I couldn't rewrite a claim i was denied. Was then told I could fix it myself and if it breaks again, they will cover it. THEY MUST SEE FOOL WRITTEN ON TOP OF MY FOREHEAD. So today i decided to call and speak with my sales guy to see what can be done, and of course, he no longer works there. Wowww another blow. I explained to the woman on the phone what took place and she transferred me to customer service. The guy, Lewis who answered was talking as if I needed a hearing aid. I asked if he could speak up, so I could hear or at least transfer me to someone else. He said no and if I wanted to talk to someone else, to hang up and call back. LOLLLLLLL why me today. Thank you, Lewis, for that Now I'm reporting your *** So this has been My month with these folks. People if you have money to lose, then by all means go buy this cheap-ass Furniture, If not find a better place to buy. NEVER AGAIN. User's recommendation: BUYERS BE WARE!!!!!
