Bad customer support

The food is good and I order it regularly. But along with my orders, I face with regular mistakes of delivery service. They bring you the wrong order very often, of course, they propose the credit for the product as they should do. But that's all they are not trying to correct their mistake and to send you the right products you have ordered. They don't care about your diet. And if you will try to talk to them and to get the correct order they will ignore you for ages the online chat support doesn't work. Fortunately, you can call them and there you talk with nice people. But all they can give you is a good talk, not a solution. I expected more, I wanted to get at least some discount or any other apology as they messed up with my order the third time.
