Bad customer service, no help if delivered damaged

Awful customer service, very hard to reach them if you need help even to order a product. Engine came broken, after a week they decided to send me some part hoping that will fix the issue only from looking at a picture. Now I understand why they only accept credit cards so you can void the purchase! I am stuck.
