Bad customer service and a waste of money

I waited 1 hour and 9 mins for a customer rep to ask me my email address 8 times and then hang up. I spend $900 on the cameras and pay $15 a month for limited recording. customer service is bad and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this camera to anyone. User's recommendation: Don’t waste your money on this camera.
