Awful disgusting customer service

Today is the fifth time I have called AF customer service. Twice, after holding on for 30 minutes, AF cuts you off. The other three times I was kept waiting for 46, 59, and 32 minutes respectively without any person on the line. Unclear Covid-19 information about USA citizens holding OCI cards and if there is a need for them to register with the Indian Embassy. The westerners always criticize India and Indians for the customer service. I must say, Air France is worse! Unclear information about Covid registration with Embassy User's recommendation: Don't use airlines that provides the worse service and does not value the time.
