I wanted to return a pair of penny tall leather boots,which were to large. Called customer service to order a return label by mail, as I don't have a printer to make one.was sent directions on how to print label.I called back same day with same request and was told one outdoor be mailed out. Waited a week, no label,called a third time to inquire about label and was informed it hadn't been mailed,but was told they would follow through with the request. About an hour later I received another email on how to print return label.called back second time,and my phone number can't be picked up by their customer service phone number, I've been blocked. So now I'm out approximately $163.00 which has been charged to my Visa card,and have possession of a pair of boots I can't wear. This is the most pathetic customer service dept. I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with
