Been a customer since 2016. They used to be a good internet provider. Those days are long gone! No customer service, terrible internet service, and high prices! Avoid speedconnect! You will be dissatisfied! Looking for a new internet provider

》 Lack of service and cost

》 Poor service. Support is 8/5 not 24/7. If I had a choice I would switich. Hughesnet is only other option.. Guess I have to look into it.
