Avoid Buying From the Bissell Website

I purchased some vacuum parts from Bissell's website, they charged my card, and then never sent a receipt or order confirmation. I talked to 2 different customer service people through chat about the issue and they couldn't find my order at all. I told them they'd charged my card, so they should be able to trace the charge back to the order. They couldn't and I was given the complete runaround with them. And to add insult to injury, during this whole process of trying to "find my order", the company charged my card AGAIN. So, now I have 2 charges from them on my card, and still, no one employed there is competent enough to locate my order. I ended up having to file disputes with my cc company to receive a refund on both charges. Horrible service - never again!
