Aveda hair coloring done at summit mall, Fairlawn ohio

On 12-5 I stopped in and talked with a colorist who promised she could produce a color With No brassy tones. I went in on 12/14, we did a review of the initial consult. She ended up lifting all color- my hair was white, she said she didn't know what went wrong but she could correct it with a second process. The color came out much darker than she led me to believe. She told me I would need roots touched up in 6-8 weeks. It is 24 days today and I'm going in to demand a refund. The color has faded out completely and is now a brassy orange color. It's breaking easier and the texture is very rough. Aveda talks "all natural" but it seems to be like all natural citric acid furniture ***. Junk, lies, inexperienced, poorly trained colorists who have been brainwashed with Aveda marketing talk but "don't know what happened" I'll be finding an actual professional. $70.00 hair color at Aveda can be beat by cheap box color--with much less damage.
