Auto pay didnt work. Need to pay bill ASAP. Online says i cant pay. No insurance?

Had to change my debit card 2 months ago. For 2months in a row I tried to sign up for auto pay but auto pay did not sithdraw payment. I had to pain manually. This month the money did not come out of my bank again and I logged on to pay bill the computer will not let me pay. I was instructed to call a phone # nobody answered multiple messages were left. I was told to contact Ocean Harbor directly instead of pearl holding but I could not get anyone on the phone to pay. User's recommendation: Have a way to send text alert if payment does not go thru so insured can know and pay ASAP.
