Attempted to get data on my old Doro phone and phone # transferred to new Moto E android.

Cellular phone rep informed me that the new Moto E phone had an old SIM card in it. I asked why a person could buy a new phone (1 of 4 during my tenure with CC; the others had software faults) that holds a used SIM card in it? Rep. accused me of "burning" the SIM card. I only attempted to access my wifi on the new phone. I showed my displeasure with CC over this and other issues over 3 years with them; told them I would be canceling my acct. with CC and told him I would find another service provider. I hung up from him and called another rep. within 5 minutes; found out the prior rep with whom I spoke, without permission from me, cancelled my phone number of 3 years, and blocked my existing phone from working. So then I had no phones! The current rep. could not restore the service to my old phone, so I have to find another service provider and new phone number. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PURCHASE A CELL PHONE OR ANY SERVICES WITH CONSUMER CELLULAR! They did not even have a supervisor on board running the show who could help me. L.
