After a spinal fusion and hip replacement, and ongoing arthritis of the spine it is quite difficult to in and out of a17 high bathtub, especially with NOTHING to hold on to. When asked if a lower tub and a grab bar could be installed in my NOT YET BUILT HOME I was told NO!! We may be able to install a grab bar for you at an additional cost of $500.00 when I then offered to purchase my own , to be installed during construction ... that's not possible. Forget inviting anyone who is not TOTALLY AGILE to visit and use your guest bathroom! Does not return phone calls or answer emails as stated.
