On this day, April 19, 2017, I have seen the notice on the lawsuit. I was not informed of the matter in any other way. I was wanting to claim my part in the settlement, I believe this is only fair since in no other way was I informed. It should not be up to the consumer to keep an eye out for news on the products that we use, it should be your responsibility to get the information out to those in which it applies to. I've been a Marlboro light cigarette user since the age of 19 and am 39 now. For 20 years I've enjoyed your product, but completely unaware of this class action lawsuits. I hope to receive a reply from your administration. If not then I will file my own lawsuit and I'm sure since the first action was ruled in favor of the plaintiff, myself and 20 or thirty friends that use your products will see you in court.
