As many commercials that I have to hear on a daily basis, you definitely do not live up to your word. We have been in contact and hoping it would be as easy as it sounds. It has NOT, I have given no communication on a regular basis and I call, and the underwriters are out of the office. Seriously, than come to find out we need to have more tax returns filled out. I understand the process, however, this should have let us know up front. Than we are sent portal information, in which we are not qualified for because there is a restricted income application that we need to fill out. Again, seriously, so why send us the houses in which we are not qualified for. We have gotten our hopes up and then let down. We have to be out in 20 days and there has been no customer service loyalty and no one to help us with our situation. What a joke.
