approved surveys

I have completed a lot of surveys, they ate not being approved for payment. It's been a few weeks for most of them. I've tried to submit a ticket and it won't let me. Please contact me. Thank you. That being said, I'm Leary of doing more until the surveys I've done get approved for payment.
