Appointment schedule not honored


I made a appointment online and received a confirmation for 2:00pm Tuesday the14th I'd September When I arrive at the store I'm told there is no appointment scheduled for 2:00pm and it will be 5:00pm before I get my car back if I leave it I showed the person at the desk my confirmation and acted like I was wrong I left work two hour's early to make that appointment Who Is going to pay my lost wages ? Wait I know who's going to pay —nobody is going to pay I'm just another customer that you guy's will never see again due to disappointment in the service level Store location E Puente Hills [protected]
