I found the website bngvsupport, where a lot of information about phones support was placed. But in order to visit it, I needed to pay $1. But the website didn’t work and I disconnected. Later I found out that this company started to charge my account each month. They took $120 in total, and they didn’t reply to emails and phone calls.
