Erac Complaint, New Hope, Pennsylvania Offices Manager: John and Lynne Brennan Non Authorized Charges/Use of Credit Card for OverCharged Invoice and Billing Dispute No Response to Complaints for Customer Resolution of Billing Dispute/Blown Off Entirely Sent to Manager of Complaints: Ms. Lynn Brennan of St. Davids, PA to be met with completely rude, disrespectful phone calls and harrass and do not call letters, and placed on derrogatory do not rent list. I seriously question Erac's business ethics and am highly dissappointed in the dishonest trickery, deception practics of this entire PA/NJ and other offices to a long paying and long loyal consumer and friends. This matter is in full complaint by this plaintiff and abuse and harrass to long time loyal customer at the PA offices and NJ offices. This began into 2006 and I stopped services with ERAC around before summer before 2009. This refund and over charge and non authorized c/card use matter STILL has not been replied or resolved to date. May 29, 2013!! This company is highly unprofessional and nasty to consumers and cruel, abuse to honest consumers, deception of the facts of the complaints, and their offices reps act with a total overcharge and scam/not to mention a complete abuse and non authorized credit card billing to consumer-illegal practices in business. We are moving to a full complaint and fed up with waiting for them to refund and clear this entire matter. Manager must be reported to Police again for false charging of credit cards to honest consumers in good faith. We were advised to take them to court and seek full damages. If any one else has an ERAC complaint-- please do refer.
