Had a house built a couple years back. Problems from the start to finish. Found numerous major problems in the workmanship. Most of there subs are fly by night because AHP doesn't pay the subs worth a crap. Stay away from this builder who doesn't care about the product they build, they only care about your money. Please take my advise and select your builder wisely.
