American Camera Company — Do Not Buy From Them!

I ordered a Lumix FZ200 camera from this company because the price was lower on a Google search. After ordering, I received a call from them telling me the camera didn't include a battery and the cost of a battery was about $40. I didn't like it but I said fine, give me the battery. Two weeks later, I hadn't heard a thing from them, so I started e-mailing questions about shipping and got nothing back. Then a few more e-mails and I finally got one generic response that was not specific to my camera, something like a form letter. That's when it occurred to me that this was a scam or at the very least terrible service. There's no phone number available on the website or the receipt. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. It's been five weeks now and I finally received a shipping confirmation today. Of course, I've already bought the camera elsewhere, so now I have to go back and deal with this again. Ridiculous.
