They are located in Alpharetta Georgia. We have dealt with these people several times and the level of service and customer service is appalling. The customer service reps are extremely rude, belittling and basically call you liars if the technicians screw up the job at hand. The technicians do not speak English and half *** the job at hand. They over charge and are very difficult to deal with. No one in the office is helpful, they are very short and impatient with you if you have a problem and act like it is a burden to talk to you. Please stay away from the company at all costs.
