Amazon logistics customer service is terrible: nicole albert

Telling a customer to calm down when they are annoyed is not good customer service. I wasn't abusive but the driver delivered the items to the wrong address. Of course I'm annoyed. These items are not a pair of shoes but keyboard and mouse which I needed for my job and homeschooling for my kids. We are in lockdown in Sydney so I can't just head to shops. Ask the customer service representative to end the chat but I don't think the Nicole realised that she was giving her customer (me) some attitude. Despite telling her the comment was unhelpful she kept going saying she was only trying to help. Seriously, training is definitely needed. There was a definitely a lack of experience of handling irate customer. Very poor indeed.
