I am very worried about my 7 yr. old duralock stonecoated steel roof. It was properly installed. The problem is the company now Allmet, previously Duraloc, does not want to do anything about rust on my roof ! They talk about environmental issues. The man who was supposed to come to look at it never showed up, and did not call. What good is their 50 yr. warranty ? Is there a class action lawsuit anywhere I can join ? I am in Ontario. I have read very disturbing things on the internet about this company that were not there when I did my research 7 years ago. It seems the stone coating can come off, and then you are dealing with rust, and a real problem. I am very worried, and would appreciate any help. Thanks
