Four weeks ago, I sent all my documentation to Allianz by regular mail because I had cancelled my vacation for medical reasons...Yesterday, I received an email from Allianz, claiming that I had sent my documentation by email and that I must send the documents by regular mail instead (which is what I did four weeks ago)...Their email stated that they had already talked to me about the situation, (which is B.S., I never heard from them)...It is no coincidence that they have contacted me seven days from the deadline for making a claim...they only accept original documents, and I had already sent them in the regular mail weeks ago. I can’t get any of this sorted out within a seven day time-frame, so they don’t have to pay me thousands of dollars. What a rip-off!
