After cancelled they still billed my account

I have been trying since December 2019 to cancel a single contract. Send 6 emails since then, called 100 times and still no luck. Contract is still not cancelled and you are still billing my account. Everytime i hear we will get back to you, nobody every phone you back. Patetic service vodacom. I have been with you for the last 15 years and and I am very dissapointed, i wish i could cancel all my contracts with you and use another provider User's recommendation: Not to sign up with Vodacom ever.
