After canceling service still receive statement for payment

I return all equipment in one box as TDS representative told me on phone. I have tracing numbers and delivery day April 13 10.19 AM. I payed all bills online. I still receive statements for equipment which I send back. They told me that they did not receive it ???!!!Avoid thisA User's recommendation: Avoid TDS service.
