aes complaints

It's funny, every complaint i've read is complaining about how aes didn't grant a deferment or a forbearance. But, the lenders (Ie, banks, the people who actually gave you your money) set the rules on deferments or forbearances, not aes. Aes would be in breach of contract if they did not obey the lenders rules. Your anger is directed in the wrong places. If you call a company and complain to them about crap service, they're going to laugh at you as soon as you're no longer on the phone. This isn't burger king, you can't have it your way. Suck it up, and pay your bills. You seem to forget who paid for you to go to college.
