Advertising and accepting orders for my business without consent

Grubhub will periodically publish my restaurant's menu inclusive of our logo and accept orders even though we are not partnered with grub hub. They will remove our restaurant to only put it live a few days later. We have confused customer and drivers and there has been no resolution. They just keep adding it back on with a sorry. I'm tired of losing money; they are thieves.
