bought new metal roof - looked great - no problems untill i had roof on the house for about 4 years..then after bad wind & rain storm I had water spots on celing around chimney inside living room. called them and after 4 phone calls I got someone to come out and check it out - he said he would need to come back along with another worker so he could go into attic..we set up appointment - when he showed up he never went into attic, said it was the flashing around chimney and he would file claim. after a couple of weeks I called them and they said they would call back - i got a letter in the mail that even though I had a lifetime warranty this was not covered under my warranty. they are a bunch of crooks!!!
