Adding songs

It will not let me click on the add new songs. I want to put out my new music. It simply will not click on it. It does nothing will I click on it. I have tried everything. And hand no idea why I cannot add songs to put out my music. Im very frustrated, and if I cant get this resolve soon. I will put out my new music on another platform thats does the same as you guys. Please help fast. Thanks.
