I ordered a small petgaurd vit for my small dog..they uped the size which I will not use and charged my credit card $5.00 which bounced $40.00 worth of checks! I have been disabled and not working for two years. When I emailed them a guy named Mike said just send it back for a full refund...I told him I have no money and it was illegal to do that to my account...I told him I wanted my money back and the charges paid..he never answered me...I called him today..he told me to "get over it it is only a couple of dollars!" then hung up on me...he goes thru Yahoo in his business...I turned him into the NY BBB and now to you..he is a crook...this is gouging and if he is doing that to all his customers I am sure he is pulling in a pretty penny using Yahoo to do so!
