Acurite Support is a Failure.

No phone number to talk to anyone about parts and when I tried the chat window then I hit start chat button after lengthy typing the chat window would go blank and all my questions and info were gone, not once not twice but 3 times. I gave up and will not purchase any acurite products again especially since both of my failed products were the same model.
