I had an absolutely horrible experience with Acker Marine Survey of Marathon Florida. Dewey Acker rushed through the survey and overlooked many deficiencies which cost me BIG dollars. I get mad all over again when I think just how much. I never would have bought the boat had this surveyor not overlooked so many deficient items. When I brought the boat to the repair yard, they simply could not believe that any competent surveyor overlooked so many problems. Knowing all that I know now, I can't believe it either. I would not reccomend this surveyor to ANYONE. The price of his mistakes is just too high.
