Ace bayou pro pedestal wireless x rocker. Loved the sound but that is about all. Within a month and a half the power cord plug in on the control panel was damaged due to the extremely short cord. (Approximately 2-3 ft) they advertise that they have replacement parts but I have contacted them many times (my text says 14x between me and my wife and their service dept.) But all I keep getting is that they don't have any control panels, they're on back order, they'll be in by mid July....(this started almost two months ago!) Well, it's now July and I sit here in a worthless two hundred dollar chair and no control panel in sight... I will NEVER purchase their products again! Worst customer service I could have ever imagined!!
