I placed an order on 1/3 for my husband birthday gift. I knew I was cutting it close for the 15-20 day delivery time but I could accept that. It is 1.5 months later and after five attempts to get status Im told that it is delayed in production. Several people over the last three weeks have told me they will immediately put pressure on production to get it shipped and provide a tracking number. Still nothing. I keep hearing that it is going to be delivered soon. Soon means nothing unless I have a tracking number and a date of delivery. This company is worthless!!
