Absolutely AWEFUL

I received the bag probably two weeks ago now and am still in utter shock at how terrible the quality is. Absolute joke and a scam. I emailed 10 days ago now and have not yet received any email back, besides their ridiculous, "keep shopping with us!" Absolute NONSENSE. I WANT MY REFUND. Strap broke instantly, bottom has a black mark, inside is...!?!?!?! The label on the front? What brand is that!?
