A problem trying to get an email for an e-gift card. No one answers your phone calls.

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. The prices are too steep and it should be a much easier process to get an e-gift card. No one answers the phone when you call and I am left in limbo not knowing what to do next. I don't want the e-gift card anymore. Since I didn't receive an email does that mean the e-gift card didn't go through?
